Today, Holy Wednesday, April 16, 2014, the pole vault world champion Kostas Filippidis, is travelling to Bari, Italy with SUPERFAST FERRIES. His final destination is the training center of Formia, where he will participate in the training camp along with his coach Dimitris Kyteas and two teammates, Panagiotis Laskaris and Theodoris Chrysanthopoulos.
SUPERFAST FERRIES, honoring athletics, supports the efforts of the athlete by providing him with complimentary accommodation on-board its vessels in the Adriatic Sea for his travel to Italy for where he will be training for this summer’s outdoor track races.
The next appearances of the pole vaulter Kostas Filippidis will be in the IAAF Diamond League track and field meetings, various athletic events held in Europe, as well as in the races of our National Team, the highlight of which is the 2014 European Athletics Championship that will take place in mid-August.
